Zomato — order was cancelled and no refund for food ordered | |||
This is regarding my order of rs.285 which was cancelled by zomato saying im unavailable. I was with zomato customer care ppl from the time the order is placed and these people responded very lately. The issue is order address was wrngly located so i needed to change it but these support people didnt respond in time and delivery boy refused to deliver the food. New address which i told was 1.5kms away from located address. Please refund my amount asap In the images given below kindly check the responded time by zomato customer care ppl... They deducted the money and didnot give the service. They are not even listening to the complaints.
