Zomato — order was not placed but amount got deducted

I tried placing an order thru zomato today. When i made the payment it return back to the previous page saying "an error has occurred. Try again" and i tried for 5 more times, same thing happened. So totally 6 times amount got deducted and my order was not placed. I tried calling customer care +[protected] but no response. I got fed up waiting for the call to get connected for almost 2 hourse. Really frustrated with the service
