Zomato — order#[protected] payment received not yet received | |
Order number: [protected] I ordered a cake on 21st August, 2019 for my friend's birthday but it was delivered in horrible state, being spilled all over the box. On sharing the picture of cake with the customer support, I was told that payment will be reversed in 4-5 business days and 100.85 credits will be added in zomato wallet. But its been more than 7 days, I have neither received the payment nor credits have been added wallet. Kindly look into the issue and initiate payment reversal at the earliest.
