[Resolved] Zomato — ordered food not received | |||||
I have ordered around 10 quantity of food online from the restaurant which we do often visit. i have recieved the order late by 20mins which didnt include all the products which i payed for, we have also recieved less quantity as we are aware about the actual quantity which we recieve from the restaurant . I had to face serious problem from the workplace since i was late there where i was waiting for my lunch from zomato, and i had a loss of my day salary. when i have contacted the customer care service asking for a compensation he had initiated a sum of 180INR which is not even 10% of my loss where in i lost INR80 for the item which i had already paid i need to rise this serious issue since its not the first time we are facing this Was this information helpful? | |||||
