Two days before I ordered five items, delivery boy was very much late and he was talking rudely and he delivered only one item, rest were missing.Then I dropped email about it at [protected]@zomato.com and also tweeted about this but they are telling they can't provide any resolution.
One of Zomato's representative has contacted me and was telling that she has confirmed with both restaurant and delivery partner and nobody is ready to accept their fault and because of all this I have to bear the loss of 500 rupees.
