Zomato — orders not delivered but charged for them

I placed an order through the zomato app on the 16th of march and paid online, waited for an hour and informed customer support that i haven't received my order, they informed me that the restaurant isn't responding and that i should place another order at another restaurant and that my money would be refunded. The same thing happened with the other restaurant as well and i was promised a refund for both transactions of orders [protected] and [protected]. I waited a week for the refund and contacted customer support again, they asked me to wait a few more days. I waited some more and contacted them again and they inform me that no refund request was registered as the orders were delivered to me. They are refusing to agree to their mistake and asked me to contact through email at [protected]@zomato.com which i sent two emails already and not got a response yet.
