[Resolved]  Zomato — Package was tampered and torn, the food inside was all spilt and cannot accept this order due to the covid situation want refund.

I ordered food from Zomato and when I received my order the package was torn and the food inside was all spilt and dirty, I do not know how did this happen but due to the covid situation I can't except torn packages and which looked tampered and when I asked Zomato for refund as I can't consume the food as it was their mistake Zomato said they cannot give a refund and just kept apologizing . As I'm not a rich person and every rupee is important to me I cannot let this slide and want Zomato to give me refund .

They gave me back the refund because they found out that I'm popular and can make an issue and bring down the companies grade so they feared this matter and gave the refund so pathetic.
