I ordered from Taco bell on June 15, 2022, and received an unsealed package. When I notice the tampered seals, I immediately took photos of the packaging and contacted Zomato's customer care. TWICE. And both times, they told me that they would not be able to help me.
We are in a PANDEMIC still and still, companies such as either Zomato or Taco Bell are totally okay with a customer receiving food items with tampered seals.
I even contacted Taco Bell in hopes that they would help me but nope, I am still waiting, and Rs ₹372.45 down the drain in the meanwhile.
