Zomato — paid for the food but not received the food and not even the refund money even after the complainant | |||
I ordered 4 veg noodles from paratha Junction, Bangalore via zomato app in the night on 24th october. My order was confirmed and it showed that the delivery boy is out for delivering my order but I didn't recieved any call from the driver nor any text from zomato to collect my order. I talked with the customer support for the same but didn't got any proper response from them. Then I called the shop owner and he gave the phpne to tge delivery boy who was not saying anything properly. So I cancelled my oder of 196 rupees and talked with the customer support of zomato to refund my money for which I got the reply that it will be credited to my account but I didn't got the same. Instead they gave credits of 97 rupees. Zomato company is not giving any proper response for my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was trying to place an order from TQD hinjewadi on 10/10/18 . 143 rs got deducted from my account but then again on zomato app it was asking for CVV hence i cancelled the transaction as money was deducted from my acc. but order never placed. It's more than 7 days but have not got refund amount.
