Zomato — paid full amount but food not delivered. order id-[protected] | |||
I ordered food from "it's my way cafe & restro". Order id - [protected] When i called the restaurant within 2mins of ordering they told me to cancel the order as the preparation will be delayed & i cancelled it. A cancellation fees was charged mistakenly as the food is not delivered & i was forced to cancel it. At that time the delivery person was not reached the restaurant. As a regular customer of zomato, i didn't expect this. I paid the full amount or rs82 but food was not delivered. Not satisfied with service. Worst experience, it feels like being cheated by zomato. After getting the refund i will place a new order from zomato. I always try to not to waste food. After you charged the cancellation fees i asked for that food item but your customer care executive told me that the order window has been closed. Mistake is not mine. The mistake is your & your restaurant's. I had no intention to cancel the order but as the restaurant told, the food preparation will be delayed, i had no choice. Zomato is a new platform in berhampur city. If you & your restaurants keep cheating customers like this then your organization won't grow. After this incident you are loosing a valuable customer. As this fault is not mine, kindly revaluate your decision. It's not all about the money i wasted yesterday. I had to suffer a lot as well.
