Zomato — paid online but didnt deliver nor refund

I ordered from burgerking.. The delivery man was just 4 mins away from the place and he cancelled the order. Now u people are saying that i will not get any refund.. The address i have already gave u in bold letters.. My order no is [protected].. Amount is rs.169.16
Pls solve it and refund my hard earned money otherwise i won't order from zomato as i am a regular customer of zomato
