Zomato — Parcel not delivered and refund is not being issued

I ordered cake yesterday for my friend on her birthday via zomato but delivery boy failed to find the address and did not deliver or re-attempt to deliver the parcel.
Delivery boy was just 500 m away from house and he cancelled the order by saying that address was wrong. Even after showing the right direction on map which was 500m away he cancelled the order and I was charged the whole amount of cake saying that you wasted our time.

Previous orders have been delivered on the same address by zomato as well as other online services . Seems like this delivery was incompetant and could not navigate using the maps correctly. But no co-operation from zomato on this matter. Order Number - [protected]
