I have an issue from order delivered from Zomato.

I asked Delivery boy to show the food. But he refused to do that and asked money first as it is the company policy. So I paid through UPI to him and then he pulled the food from the his bag.
I ordered 2 Chicken rolls and 1 spicy panner roll. So total 3 rolls were ordered.
But delivery boy given only 2 rolls and that is also damaged. When I asked why the order is missing then he said that restaurant gave only 2 rolls. and then I asked why it is damaged then he dint answered properly and he left the place without any response.
The delivered food was unable to eat by seeing the condition of the food.
I couldn't take more videos and photos because I have luggage in hand as I am waiting for bus. I have two videos and i am attaching here.
I am requesting an action against the delivery boy and the restaurant as well and refund me the complete amount.
