Zomato — partial and incorrect delivery ,customer care behaviour | |||||
I have received a partial and incorrect order which was delivered on 18.09.2019. customer care said they have heard from rider that customer has told to rider that they have received complete order . Based on the rider lieing words customer care had concluded the chat and cut the chat conversation while chatting with them. They declared not to refund or replace the item.zomato should feel ashame of charging packing charges from customers. They will be available only on chat and cut the chat in between and if asks again they replied that they have chat with the customer for a while. Shame on zomato Was this information helpful? | |||||
