Zomato — pathetic and wrong food delivered | |||
I ordered door from zomato on29th march (From slice of italy), through my zomato account. The food delivered was not as per my order, also they charged me extra for adding toppings which were also not there. I ordered a pasta worth ₹160, it had following complaints: -it was not the pasta mentioned in menu which i ordered, it did not have any olives, bell peppers, cheese -it had so much of salt, in such a high quantity that it was not edible -i paid extra ₹35 for adding mushroom toppings, there wasn't any mushroom in it -i immediately called zomato as soon as it was delivered mentioning my compliants. - i asked zomato to pick up the wrong order and redeliver the pasta that i ordered. -they denied that they won't resolver anything -also they denied to pay me my money back. They just paid ₹40 as credit points and rest of the amount they denied to pay. -neither did they come to check the order that they delivered, nor they reordered. I felt cheated as a customer. I was made to pay for something which was not what i ordered. Also the delivered food was so pathetic. Zomato did not do anything after i complained. They did not even come back to check the delivered order. I want my money back and compensation for such harrassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
