I had cancelled this order ([protected], on 1st december 2019) as their delivery guy had delivered it to some other address and he came to deliver only one item (With the opened packet). And i did not receive it as it was not my complete order. I had a chat with their support executive on the app on the same day (1st december 2019) and on their behest had cancelled the order. Their support executive said that they have initiated the refund for the cancelled order and asked me to place a new order which i did.
However, i have not received the refund yet. Now enquiring about the status on the refun, they say that they cannot refund as i had cancelled the order.
This is pathetic service. It is like they saying i have to pay for the mistake their delivery guy did by delivering the order to someone.
I am really disappointed and i will never use their app again
