Hi, I ordered a set of sweets today.
Ordered 2*500gms of Kaju barfi.
Received 2*250gms, confirmed at a local shop that it was 250 gms
customer support executive told the best they can do give me 100rs as compensation. and he told me that shopkeeper sent the perfect items.
Now you tell me I lost 590 rs, How am I supposed to okay and live with this?
I went to the shop myself and confirmed that it was 250gms and not 500gms. The shopkeeper told It was the rider's default, he picked the wrong package. But customer service executive told the shopkeeper sent the perfect item.I created a chaos there and shopkeeper gave me 500gms .
Now I travelled myself to shop and what was zomato doing here ?what is the point of apologies and 100rs compesation if I had to travel myself even after prepaid order with delivery charges.
After that, I called customer support executive to know whose fault was this, if it is zomato's then refund me . But the best you can do give me 100rs, customer executive took a conference calls with shopkeeper and shopkeeper was telling it was all my fault, I disturbed them.
Now tell me who is responsible for my 3 hours lost even after being a pro member.The best you guys can do 100rs as compenstion and give me assurance It wont happen again.(haha!Am I a joke to you?)for all these.If I hadn't travelled to shop I would have lost my 590rs.
I want full refund for this order and my pro membership charges back. Will never order from zomato.What is the point If I had to travel my self there.Even I paid taxes and delivery charges. Was this information helpful? |
