Zomato — payment and zomato gold related issue, no response from customer care on zomato chat | |||
Order number [protected] Order placed at 11:41 am on 25th september, 2019 Payment was deducted from card but the order page said that the payment was incomplete and hence cancelled the order. Since i had tried to use zomato gold on the order, i am unable to use zomato gold again while re-ordering, even though the earlier order was cancelled. My gold usage has not been restored. I am trying to chat with customer support on the zomato chat, but there is no response. Almost one hour since i am trying to connect with them, but no response at all.
