Zomato — payment debit order not delivered abusive delivery boy

After my online payment and food prepared, zomato executive cancelled my order and no refund have been done as executive said my location is out of service area but there is no location as address was same as given.

Zomato delivery person abused me with slangs.

I want my refund and the executive must be terminated from the zomato with strict action!

Ordered on 16.02.2020. 1:07pm. Showed as Your order is on its way till around 5:12pm. Then suddenly it showed as Delivered. All along the valet's phone was switched off. I have tried calling him 11 times. Now it rings but he doesn't pick the call. I have tried chatting with customer care but it keeps saying they are all busy.
