I have ordered for my lunch vide above referred Order. Zomato has taken entire payment in advance and accepted the order as well. But after expiry of 2 hours Zomato has cancelled my order without informing me anything with regard to cancellation. Meanwhile I have got in touch with restaurant and came to know that ordered items were lying with them but no one arrived to collect the same. Customer support team had given me excuse that they were not finding any delivery partner nearby. But initially a delivery partner had been assigned to collect my order.I don't know why he didn't collect the same. But after such harrasment Zomato has offered me only 60/- promo code. As if I am a beggar. Being an accute Gastric patient I have left myself starved long time due to Zomato only, resulting which I had to vomit repeatedly. Zomato team has assured me that they have initiated refund, as if I have ordered my lunch to get refund only. In spite of repeated requests raised Zomato team did not make any alternative arrangement towards delivery of my Lunch. Is it any professional attitude of a food delivery app ! Zomato team has to keep it in their mind that they deliver food, not any consumer durable or appliances. Team Zomato has shown totally inhuman attitude with regard to my issue.
