[Resolved] Zomato — payment deducted without order confirmation | |||||
I ordered for one choco truffle cake on 28th aug at 8.50pm. After all discount they deducted from my account rs. 361.01 on cake square chennai anna nagar branch through zomato. I placed the order and cash was debited from my account. But there was no order confirmation and was automatically redirected to the previous page.in my orders section of zomato app only order confirmation was not there. I even called the restaurant and asked whether the order got booked. They said we didnt get any order. So we are not responsible for your amount. From now onwards i will never pay with debit or credit card if this kind of service is provided. Not able to contact customer service through app and phone call also Was this information helpful? | |||||
