Zomato — payment not processed but money is deducted | |||
I ordered food today, the amount for payment was deducted, but it was said that the payment was not processed. This is truly unacceptable, i need the money back, this has happened to me once before as well and to add to that disappointment, the money hasn't been refunded, when i called up the restaurant, they said that no order had been placed. I usually order from zomato but after what happened, i probably may not anymore Was this information helpful? | |||
