Zomato — payment refund as order not delivered

Today i ordered food from zomato (Kfc). I completed necessary steps and proceeded for the payment. I paid online through my debit card. I received a message of credited money. But the order showed incomplete payment.
Order was not delivered and money was also deducted.
So i want necessary resolution and want to request for refund.
I can provide necessary details like order no., date and phone no. For the order.
