Zomato — payment taken but no order confirmation | |||
Respected authority, This is to inform you that we have tried ordering from zomato aap twice with the payment being done of amount 210 indian rupees on date 30th december 2018 but order hasn't been confirmed. The payment was done through sbi netbanking. Kindly make sure to refund the concerned amount as soon as possible. Some snapshots of payment made successfully are attached.
