Zomato — paytm cashback didn't receive

I was supposed to get a cashback of 20% on paytm for my first order on zomato. But till now no cashback is being received. I ordered my zomato order on 14/10/2019, but till now I received no cashback on paytm or in zomato credits.I tried to contact zomato support but no response is given. I was supposed to get a cashback of 52 rs as my order was of 260 rs.
