Zomato — penalty charge for false reason | |||
On 4th of april 2018, zomato charged me 90 rupees penalty for canceling my order. That was the first time i used zomato. The delivery boy was unable to come to my location. He called me to come to his location at that time and that was not possible. So, zomato girl called me talks with bad behavior. He told that you will be charged for your next order. What can i do in this thing? I was unable to go to that place. I need a full refund for this penalty. Date of incident - 04 april 2018.
