I ordered food from Ovenstory Pizza online through Zomato at 8:36 pm using card on 30th May. We waited for an hour and then saw that the app said that the order has been delayed and would take 22 minutes as it was still being prepared. Half an hour later called the restaurant to check on the status, the guy said it’d take 20 minutes, another half an hour later I called again and got told that my order has been canceled as the delivery guy wasn’t available. The app is frozen and still showing that it will take 22 minutes. Don’t know how I’ll be getting my money back. Tried to call the zomato landline and it doesn’t even work. What even is the point of it? To sum it up I waited over two hours for my food just to get told that my order has been canceled. Please improve upon your service.
