Zomato — place order in zomato. got rotten food delivered and there is no refund from zomato or from restaurant side

Hi,

I order in ck's bakery in zomato and they delivered the rotten puff, when i informed the zomato people with pics, they said we cant able to refund the amount instead we will improve ourselves by not repeating this incident. They need our money improve their job. They get the share from restaurants. They need to invest to learn and not from customer money.
