Zomato — poor customer service, cod blocked for my orders, non refund of money deducted | |||
This is Dr. Pavithra V. I have major issues in ordering food in zomato app. I am not able to avail cash on delivery option at all for the past few days. I had a penalty amount to pay because of a previous order cancellation( which was not asked by me but cancelled by the customer care person without asking me). Even if it was not my mistake, still I paid the penalty amount in my next order through my debit card. Even after paying the penalty amount I am not able to use cash on delivery option. When I ask the query in chat, I never get a response at all. Such irresponsible behaviour from the customer care chat. My last order too I couldn't use COD option so I paid with my debit card, money got deducted but the order was not processed. Its been 4 days and I still didnt get the refund at all. The order id of my last order was [protected]. I have never seen such a poor customer service. I have mailed rega4dinf poor service several times but no proper response from your side at all. If this irresponsible behaviour continues I will have to bring this problem in consumer rights public forum. I need my money refunded as soon as possible and I need the reason for blocking COD option for my orders, when I had already paid the penalty. Was this information helpful? | |||
