Zomato — Processing of refund as the payment is incomplete

I made an order on 29.05.2020 amounting to 189.80/-and the payment was done through net banking. But the payment was incomplete so made an order once again but again the payment was incomplete. Two times the money is being deducted from my account.
So gently process the refund to same account no [protected] sbin0020308
Am hereby attaching the screenshot of orders placed
Refund the money as soon as possible. Hope you will do it soon
