Zomato — 'Profile verification failed'

Hi, I registered with Zomato Delivery app yesterday and paid the whole amount for bag and two t shirts. I have completed the training and others. The issue is that when I open the Delivery app, it shows 'Profile Verification Failed' and when I click on 'Submit again' button it leads to a blank page. Please help resolve this so I can start delivering and earn something.
