[Resolved] Zomato — promo code revoked in the middle of ongoing offer. | |||||
I was given the promocode "new60" for 60% off on my bill upto ₹150, 5 times before 16th of october. I have used it 3 times and my 2 times are left. Now it is not applicable on my order and zomato is saying this offer is not valid now. How can they revoke my ongoing offer in the middle. The app is still showing you have two promocode available to use before 16th of october. This is totally unprofessional act. They can discontinue this offer for new customer for now onwards but how can they revoke for the customer who are in the middle of the ongoing offer. The terms and conditions for this promo didn't mentioned they can revoke it in the middle. Was this information helpful? | |||||
