Zomato — received different order | |||||
Ordere id [protected], i didn't get what i ordered, ordered - rajma, laccha paratha, dal, salad, jeera rice, sweet. Received only rajma roti and plain rice. Rest all were missing. I asked chat support to raise a complaint, they refused to share complaint id also. And they added only 30 points in zomato wallet. Why. I need either full refund or cancel the order take this back. Can't eat what i have not ordered for. Customer support is also very arrogant. I talked to restaurant, they say they will replace the order if zomato asks. But after that they switched their phone off. I will not suffer because of this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have received damage product and chat support is not responding feeling cheated to place order with zomato yiu can ask them to share chat done by my number [protected] dated[protected] you will came to know the service n support..

I have placed order from real Deepak punjabi dhaba but order not confirmed although amount has debited from my account. When can I get that debited mount to my account
I had paid a money in online banking for my order.i got payment successful message.but the order didn't placed.they have debit a amount from my account.what to do now?
