Zomato — received incomplete order, with bad condition not received any response from support team

I have ordered yesterday 9:45pm from burger king, zomato delivered it around 10:30pm, when i checked the packing, found 1 burger and 1 patty are missing. Also 2 cheese slice was missing. All the burger were in bad condition.

Immediately tried to contact support, but the agent replied me after 35 min and after read my message he again went offline.

I also called burger king for missing item, but the manager told we are not responsible, you need to contact zomato only

I have attached the photo of food, screenshot of chat.

Here i noticed that this might be planned fraud from both party zomato and burger king, they are cheating the customer and not taking responsibility.

Suggest me if i can take any legal action against zomato.
