Zomato — Received incorrect order which was stale and received no response from Zomato despite multiple emails and complaints. | |
Order ID : [protected] I ordered from Zomato on 08/10/2020 at 9:30 PM. When I received my order, I was totally shocked because the order was completely incorrect. Items were missing and moreover the order delivered was burnt and undercooked. On chatting with Zomato support, I was told time and again that their support team is busy and to email them. I sent and email that day itself and in the upcoming days to follow as well but no one cared to reply. It's been a week now and I have sent a number of emails but they haven't replied.
