Zomato — received rotten food and no refund received | |||
I have placed an order on 30th April at 3:50am with order I'd [protected]. As soon I received the package within 3 minutes I complained Zomato customer care about the salty food provided. The food was so salty that you can't even have a spoon of it. Despite several requests made money was not refunded paid for the trashy food. Though the amount is not much but am going to file a case in consumer court so companies like Zomato don't get away taking money for the service which was not provided as its supposed to be.
