Zomato — refund against my box8 order mk7jcf via zomato
I placed an order on box8 via zomato which got cancelled by their team as they came to know that they didn't serve my area. I have also received an sms from box8 team that they have reversed the payment but zomato is filing to do the same. They are arguing that their system shows the order has got delivered even after sending a screenshot pf cancellation message from box8 team. They also stopped responding to my emails. This leaves me with no choice.
