Zomato — refund against rejected order | |||
This is for order no. [protected]. My order got rejected by delivery person as i did not respond to his call for 2 to 3 times as I was in a meeting. After that immediately i called him but he said i have rejected ur order(nd he was still waiting near my building dont know then y he cancelled the order). So I got a msg from zomato that refund is initiated and will get credited within 2 to 7 days but today is around 13th day( ordered on 12th june 2019) and I have not yet received any refund from zomato. I have sent several mails to order.zomato.com but no reply from there too.. Its very disappointing... Was this information helpful? | |||
