Zomato — refund amount not received | |
I placed an order for rs1496 for a lunch at tim's bristo, coimbatore through zomato. I received a call and also msg saying that the restaurant is unable to deliver the food at that time.. And was also told that the amount will be refunded as i have made an online payment. But after several attempts of chatting and mailing there is no response.. I made an order also the payment was deducted however the order was not processed also messaged on zomato chat but no reply. i want the money to be refunded

I ordered my food at around 8 p.m but dilvery boy didn't pic my call, I called him so many time at the last he pic my call and replied that my number was not reachable however he didn't do any call to me and now he want back without dilver my order..can you please look in to this matter urgently.
I ordered on last Thursday.. And the payment was successfull and the transaction got failed and they didn't refund my money
