Zomato — refund amount not received even after 03 months | |||
Please find the snap shots of messages received from Zomato. I am taking follow up since last two months but not receiving any reply from ZOMATO. I still haven’t received refund for two failed orders(Rs. 1417 & Rs. 1133). I am trying to call Zomato customer no. also but couldn’t able to connect. Very bad experience received from Zomato. Will not order anything in future. We are facing this issue since last few months. But your team is not taking any action on it. Was this information helpful? | |||
