Zomato — refund and account blocked

I received an incorrect item in my order and i informed regarding the same to zomato support with the pic and they said we have initiated 60 credits to ur wallet will be credited in 24-48 hours after 48 hours i again ask them regarding this again they said to wait for more 24 hours and same thing happen after 48 hours and at the end they blocked my account, i want you to take strict action against zomato as they are practising fraudulent activities with there customers.
