I had mistakenly ordered the item to a wrong address and made payment for the same. The order was a cake and so i decided to cancel it and re order onto the correct address but to my surprise the agent started misbehaving and spoke very ill manneredly and did not provide me with their name either. Upon asking for escaltion number or mail they said its clearly written on the app can't you read. On asking for cancellation they said that the food is now being prepared so cant give me refund but cakes are pre prepared at shops and do not require any preperation but they still behaved inhumanly and like a robot providing me with their policy details. I cancelled the order and went to the same shop to find out that the same cake is being charged at an extra ₹200 on the app whereas on purchasing directly it was of a lower price.
