Zomato — refund as order was canceled by the delivery boy

Delivery boy canceled the food as he was facing difficulty in finding the location although location was updated properly.
He cancelled the order stating that he couldn't reach me whereas we already had a word on call, i guided him. Also called him multiple times to guide as he was being late but he canceled the order and lied about me.

Already informed zomato, customer care didn't help. Complained on twitter still they are not taking it seriously. Updated the pics of order, my call logs that how many times i called the delivery boy still got no update.
For just a refund of 103/- zomato gave such a bad service.

Call logs and order details have been updated.
