Zomato — refund, delivery guy lied | |||
Delivery person is lying and he did not ring the bell. My mother was at home and your customer service is really pathetic. I want my money back. I have ordered from zomato in the past in the same address. I checked from the security guard. He did not see any person because delivery guys have to make an entry in the register to enter the apartment. This was my last order from zomato and I want a refund Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been using Zomato for a while for ordering food online. All of a sudden my account was blocked with no reason communicated to me. When I have sent an email they just told me some generic reason.
