Zomato — refund denied

On 1st jan i placed an order through zomato for lunch... After an hour i get a message no delivery agents available hence cancelling your order... I tried again in the night same thing waited for an hour and then they cancel... Disappointing service..!.. If they dont have delivery agents they should have informed the very first instance itself... You make people wait untill lunch time or dinner time is over to release u are not equipped to handle the order... What is worse is their executives who are supposed to help us are not even apologetic... Banu and ashish... Ashish went as far to lie... Both these agents were least bothered... Horrible service... Zomato should close down their business or hire representatives who understand customer service... They have also refused to grant a refund for food i havent received

I ordered food via zomato website..its been 2 days i didnot get the food or money..pls help no one is helping and you guys are even not reachinh out.
