Zomato — refund for cancellations

I mistakenly ordered food from Zomato via Rajwada restaurant. I talked to the delivery boy within 5 mins after ordering to cancel the order, he confidently said to me that your order will be cancelled. Later they cancelled my order stating you didn't respond and are not refunding ₹297 stating it as cancellation charge but it's nowhere written on the Zomato app. They took my money, didn't even delivery my order niether are they giving my refund.
They are saying we don't cancel any order if placed then how come my order was cancelled. They niether refunded my order nor they delivered my order. They are making there own rules. Firstly they didn't mention that there will be no refund for cancellations and didn't even bother to tell me .
