Zomato — refund for cancelled order box8

I placed order with online payment with box8 it showed it was accepted then I got a call and message from restaurant saying we are out of stock so we are cancelling the order..after cancellation also it was showing in kitchen as status so I tried to contact the support which was really not helpful at this point so left mail to zomato still theew is no reply .it's been more than 48hrs still no initiation of refund and when I chat with support it says the order was delivered
