Zomato — refund for orders cancelled by delivery boy

Hi i have placed two orders on 20th oct 2019 which was cancelled by stating that i was neither reachable nor present at my home address. But the fact is i was all the time at my home.
After cancellation by delivery boy i placed the same order again just after that and again it was cancelled by delivery boy stating the same reason.

The money is not been refunded by zomato by stating that since i was not present at my adress and food was prepared we will charge penalty amount equivalent to order amount.

Fact is i was available at my home. I also called restaurant manager to place order again and make sure second delivery boy doesn't cancel the order.
I also mailed zomato @ [protected]@zomato.com
But it has been double the tat and no has responded yet.
