Zomato — refund for rejected order - zomato

My order from Zomato saying that the delivery person couldn't reach my mobile, so couldn't deliver. I have already paid for the order. But the actual thing is I couldn't reach the delivery executive. His mobile was busy whenever I was trying to call him. Few seconds after the order got cancelled, the delivery person called me to inform that it got rejected. I am not getting the point how he could reach me right then but not before. This is pure cheating
