Zomato — refund has not received | |||
Dear sir, I had placed a order on zomato on 27 september and also mentioned my address very clearly. When delivery boy called me i told him my address again. After one hour when i called him again and again he had not received my call and told me come on his place to pick a parcel because he was on cycle. Zomato has initiated refund on the same day but refund has not received yet and it's a 13th day still refund has not received. Please do the needful. They all a big cheaters and thugs.
